SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 workdays(excluding weekends/holidays) for shipping. Our orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering. We ship from Washington state and depending on your distance from us, it could take a couple more days.

Before you place your order, please make sure to check your shipping address as we are not responsible for the entry of wrong addresses. If an order is returned to us, we will refund you the amount of your order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to re-order with the correct shipping address. Customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost when re-ordering the item with the correct shipping address.

We only ship to domestic locations within the US.

Ruby's Fashion Shop will not be responsible for items being delayed or damaged due to hazardous weather, shipping carrier errors/issues. Please contact the shipping carrier for any lost or damaged packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you'd like a return on your recent order and receive a refund or you'd like to exchange for a different size, please return the item back to us within 15 days upon receiving your order.

In order for a refund to be processed for a return, it must meet our return guidelines:

The items you'd like to return must have the original tags/stickers/packaging. Please make sure the items you are returning are unworn and unwashed(not machine or hand washed). If the returned item(s) we receive appear stained with bleach or other stains, damaged, with pet hairs, bad odors, the item(s) will not be accepted and returned back to the customer at their expense.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Upon approval of returned item, the customer will be issued a refund for the product only, not for the shipping cost or any handling fee.

For an exchange of item(s), the customer must place a new online order for the correct item size and upon approval of returned item, a refund will be issued for the returned item.
