FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Thank you for ordering from Ruby's Fashion Shop. All our orders are shipped within the Continental U.S. and you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days with regular ground/standard shipping. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost package claim with shipping provider. Orders placed before 10AM PST, will be shipped the same day and after this time, they will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email order confirmation with tracking information after you place your order. If you would like faster shipping, our Expedited shipping rates vary based on weight, mailing address, and desired delivery date. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date of 1-2 business days when you select the "faster" shipping option especially during the holidays. As of now, we do not ship to PO boxes or internationally.
  • If the apparel I order does not fit me can I return it for a new product or get a refund?
    Yes. You may return your order for a refund or replacement to Ruby's Fashion, 12121 East Wenatchee, WA 98802 within 15 days of the purchase date. Y Your return must be in it's original packing and without damages in order to receive replacement or refund. Shipping and handling charges for returns will depend on the reason of return. Please save your receipt/order confirmation so you can reference the return order.
  • Where can I find apparel sizing information?
    We list our sizing for all apparel under the product information right below the product photo. Apparel sizing will depend on the style and brand of the product. Specified sizing for our product comes in inches.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept online payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    We begin to process your as soon as you place your order and we may not be able to do that right away after you pay. But, you can still change or cancel your order. You would need to submit a return ticket to us by contacting us at eruby830@gmail.com and we can help you solve your problem.
